Design Description
The delumper consists of a movable section (the activator) and a stationary section.
The movable section comprises a housing fitted with an infeed table, a discharge table, and elements of the vibration system. A vibration motor is installed in the lower part of the housing. The vibration system includes a plate with guides, which serves as the working element of the delumper. The tables can be vertically adjusted relative to the plate.
The housing is supported by eight steel springs mounted on a stationary frame fixed to the foundation. Two stationary plates with guides are mounted on this frame with adjustment capability.

Operation
Operation is as follows: a sealed bag containing compacted, hardened material is placed on the delumper infeed table and, under the effect of vibration and generated inertial forces, moves onto the lower movable plate. As the bag passes between the plates, impacts between the bag and the plates loosen the compacted material to a powder-like state. For improved loosening efficiency, the upper plates have independent adjustment. After passing through the plates, the bag is transferred to the discharge table and removed from the delumper.
A key advantage of this design is that it does not require opening the packaging or transferring the loosened material into new containers. This allows the delumper to be used specifically for processing compacted products in closed bags.
